imperfection is a form of freedom

Perfection is a terrible taskmaster. It's never satisfied with your performance, always wanting more from you. There is no end to the dissatisfaction of perfection. Your good is never good enough. But there is a better master. One that desires freedom for us and offers us love and freedom from perfection. What if you truly accepted that no amount of work on your part can make God love you more?

"You were running the race so well. Who has held you back from following the truth? It certainly isn't God, for he is the one who called you to freedom." - Galatians 5:7-8
