"A peaceful heart leads to a healthy body; jealousy is like cancer in the bones."
- Proverbs 14:30

We worry about a lot of silly things when we think about it. It starts simply enough. Who gets to be first in line? Then it drifts into whose team won the game. It's a kind of false assurance of self-worth. Jesus reminds us only he can walk with us through our self-doubt. How are you telling yourself your not good enough today? What keeps you from letting go?
