Mark your calendar for the United Women in Faith's Fall Rummage & Bake Sale. There is an early sale on Wednesday, October 8th, from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m., on Thursday, October 9th, from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., and ends with a reduced prices sale on Friday, October 10th, from 9:00 a.m. until noon at the American Legion, 121 W. Front Street in Minocqua. All proceeds support special mission programs and organizations.
It's time to begin your Fall cleaning and gather items to donate to the United Women in Faith's
Fall Rummage & Bake Sale. The following items are accepted: clean clothing, shoes, jewelry, books, antiques, household goods, outdoor/garage/sport items, crafts, small furniture, and collectibles. Items can be dropped off at the American Legion Hall, located at 121 S. Front Street in Minocqua (across from the Minocqua Post Office), on Tuesday, October 7th, from 12:00 to 5:00 p.m. and on Wednesday, October 8th, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Please DO NOT bring old electronics of any kind., microphones, coffee makers, or other old appliances, as they will NOT be accepted.
Volunteers are needed to help set up, work during the Rummage Sale and the Bake Sale, clean up, bake items for the Bake Sale, and post flyers out in the community.
