The women of United Women in Faith at Church of the Pines are already preparing for the first of two delicious outdoor Pie Sales this summer! The first pie sale is on Friday, June 26th, from 9:00 a.m. until noon. (Or sooner if the pies sell out!)
From fruit pies bursting with summer flavor to longtime favorites lovingly baked by members and friends of the church, these pie sales have become a sweet summer tradition in downtown Minocqua. The cost per pie is $15. 100% of the proceeds benefit programs and services of local and regional organizations whose missions are to help others. This is the third year for the sale.
Donated pies can be dropped off at Church of the Pines before 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 25th, or after 8:00 a.m. on Friday of the sale.
Patty Frandy, Rosalie Widstrand, and Venus Hilgart are coordinating the Pie Sale. Beginning June 7th, people can sign up at the Information Table in the Ministry Center at church or by signing up below. Pie tins will be available on the Information Table in the Ministry Center beginning June 7th.
